
Chihiro Iwasaki, Boy Sitting with One Knee Raised, 1970
The more than 60 albums that Chihiro left behind are filled with photographs from her childhood to her later years, including travel snapshots that she took as well as cherished moments with her family. From time to time, Chihiro would compile photos into albums, adding dates and a few words. This exhibition presents Chihiro’s artwork alongside the stills from these albums, offering visitors a glimpse into the sources of her creativity.
