Totto-chan’s Square in Azumino Chihiro Park 10th Anniversary Exhibition: “We’re All in This Together”

To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the opening of Totto-chan’s Square, located in Azumino Chihiro Park (operated by Matsukawa Village) adjacent to the Azumino Chihiro Art Museum, this exhibition introduces the enduring appeal of Totto-chan: The Little Girl at the Window (Kodansha), the autobiographical story by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi, beloved for its illustrations by Chihiro Iwasaki. The exhibition presents selected episodes from the book alongside Chihiro Iwasaki’s artwork.

Through this exhibition, we also revisit the spirit of Tomoe Gakuen—“We’re all in this together. We’ll do it together.”—a philosophy that has been passed down to Totto-chan’s Square.
