My Favorite Artwork by Chihiro Exhibit by PiezoGraph

A participatory exhibition presenting Chihiro’s artworks selected by vote will be held from September 11, 2021 to November 30, 2021. Messages sent in by Chihiro art lovers will also be on display. This exhibition will be held concurrently at Chihiro Art Museum Azumino and Tokyo. We are inviting everyone to participate in “My Favorite Artwork by Chihiro” through a special website dedicated to this exhibit, flyers and social media. Based on the results of our poll, this exhibition will showcase PiezoGraphs in production by the Chihiro Art Museum since 2004.
We would also like to share some of the special messages written in by people who have had their lives touched upon by Chihiro’s artworks.

About PiezoGraphs
PiezoGraphs are highly detailed image representations printed with light-fast micro ink dots. This technology has greatly enhanced the reproduction quality of Chihiro’s subtle watercolor paintings and has opened new possibilities for giving the public greater access to Chihiro’s artworks. The Chihiro Museum is proud to present the achievements of our archive project spanning 17 years.
