PiezoGraph

The Chihiro Art Museum seeks to keep a record of the current state of colors and textures of Chihiro’s original illustrations, using the latest technique of PiezoGraph, and construct its digital archive. The same technique is also used to reproduce Chihiro’s works. The high quality, elaborate expressions created by inkjet printers with light resistance microdot colors have led to rapid advances in reproducing the delicate nuances of watercolor paintings, enabling viewers to enjoy such works in daylight.
